Order processing cut-off times serve as guidelines and do not consider payment authorization delays. Orders are dispatched once the product is ready and within the timeline mentioned on the product page. However, there may be a delay of up to 72 hours due to unforeseen issues from the supplier’s side.

Estimated delivery times start from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or courier service issues. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be rerouted.
