For Domestic Orders (India):

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

  • Wallet Payments

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) – Available for bulk/wholesale orders

For International Orders:

  • Western Union

  • Credit/Debit Cards (International)

  • Bank Wire Transfer (Swift Transfer)

*Note: International COD is not available.


🧾 Order Confirmation

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • In case of Bank Transfer, please share the payment receipt via WhatsApp at +91 7863849398 or email at vardanethnic@gmail.com for quick processing.

  • For custom stitched orders, full payment must be made in advance before stitching begins.


🔐 Payment Security

Your payment information is processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. Vardan Ethnic does not store your card or payment details.


💼 Wholesale & Bulk Order Payments

For wholesale/bulk orders, we accept:

  • Bank Transfers

  • UPI

  • Cheque Payments (for approved business accounts)

Payment terms for B2B buyers may vary depending on order volume and business relationship. Please contact our team for a tailored quotation.


Failed Transactions & Refunds

  • If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is usually refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.

  • If you do not receive the refund, please contact your bank first and then reach us with your transaction details.
