Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

For custom stitched orders, full payment must be made in advance before stitching begins.

Your payment information is processed securely through encrypted payment gateways. Vardan Ethnic does not store your card or payment details.

For wholesale/bulk orders, we accept:

Cheque Payments (for approved business accounts)
Payment terms for B2B buyers may vary depending on order volume and business relationship. Please contact our team for a tailored quotation.
❌ Failed Transactions & Refunds
If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is usually refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.
If you do not receive the refund, please contact your bank first and then reach us with your transaction details.
