Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:

    • Damaged or defective products

    • Incorrect product received (design, size, or color mismatch)

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom stitched or tailored products

  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale

  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, bindis, etc.)

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 12-14 working days.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Reverse shipping cost may be deducted from refund amount if pickup service is not available at your location.

  • Vardan Ethnic reserves the right to reject returns if the item fails to meet return eligibility criteria.
